Yes. Cancel from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Credits pay for what you make. Restoring a photo costs 3 credits, changing an outfit costs 2, animating an old photo costs 30, and a song up to ~3:30 costs 4. You see the cost before you start.
Plan credits refill to your plan amount every month, so unused plan credits don't carry over. Credit packs are different: they never expire.
You pay once for the year at the lower price. Your credits still refill every month, the same as the monthly plan.
Buy a credit pack. There are 4 sizes, starting at $9.99 for 200 credits. Packs are for members and never expire. You can also move to a bigger plan.
Yes. Pick a new plan from your account page. The switch takes effect right away.
Yes. New accounts get free credits, and the free tools make the same photos as the paid plans. Free results carry a watermark. Any plan removes it.
Songs you make while you're on a paid plan come with a commercial-use license: use them in videos, ads, streams and client work. Songs made on the free plan are for personal use. The license is set when the song is made, so it doesn't change if you upgrade or cancel later.
Yes, if you ask within 7 days of a payment and haven't made any images, videos or songs since that payment. After that, payments are final. The full rules are in our refund policy.
Checkout runs on Stripe, so we never see your card details. If you have a promo code, enter it on the Stripe checkout page.
